Brief and budget

Corporate Events: common questions
How early should we book a corporate event?
Two to four weeks suits most events. Large conferences and multi-city meets are easier with six to eight weeks. If your venue and date are already fixed, we can often work to shorter timelines.
Do you manage events outside Bangalore?
Yes. Planning runs from our Bengaluru office and the same producer travels with the event. Local crews and vendors in each city work to one plan and one cue sheet.
Can you work with a venue or vendors we have already booked?
Yes. Tell us what is confirmed and we will plan around it, including in-house AV at hotels where that is a venue rule.
What do you need from us to send a quote?
Date, city, expected headcount, the type of event and a rough budget range. The quote builder on this site collects exactly these.
